During the warranty period, if Fabulux’s LED display has any meterial and process defects, Fabulux is responsible for the cost of service for product repair and replacement.
The warranty period should be same as the sales contract that both parties agreed and signed.
1.Online remote technical support
This service is applicable for technical problems, including , but not limited to connection issues is signal cables and power cables,system software issues and parameter settings,and replacement issues of the modules,power supplies,receiving cards,controllers,etc.
2.Return to factory repair service
For problems that can not be solved by online technical support, Fabulux will confirm with buyers whether to provide return to factory repair service.If factory repair service is needed,buyer shall bear the fright for return delivery items to Fabulux factory.And Fabulux will send back the repaired items to buyer and bear the one-way freight.
3. On-site service
Buyer may submit service requirements through the Fabulux website, email, telephone and other service channels with contract number,site address and contact information stated.Fabulux may send an technician to buyer’s location.Expenses for labor may be changed by Fabulux when providing on-site service.
